.low pressure will consolidate over the southern mid atlantic states today before gradually moving offshore later sunday. A strong east to southeast low level flow ahead of this storm system will draw deep atlantic moisture inland...resulting in widespread moderate to heavy rainfall across much of central pennsylvania over the next 24 hours. The heavy rainfall and recent snow melt will cause most rivers and streams to rise to near bankfull levels...with areas of minor to moderate flooding possible especially over south central pennsylvania.
